The Allentown Film Festival returns April 10-13, 2025, building on its growing success. The festival will feature favorite programming blocks of films including "Behaving Badly Shorts", "Horror and Gory Shorts", engaging feature-length films, and the highly-anticipated and always-popular Local Short Film Contest that spotlights regional talent.

The annual Allentown Film Festival takes place each year in April at the Civic Theatre of Allentown's two historic venues, the Allentown Art Museum, and Miller Symphony Hall.

Founded by award-winning filmmakers and educators, the Allentown Film Festival is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that brings the Independent Film Festival experience to Eastern Pennsylvania. Each screening block includes films of various lengths followed by a Q&A panel discussion with filmmakers.
